The Get Moving course is open to anyone who is living with diabetes (type 1 or 2), who is currently doing less than 30 minutes of physical activity each week. Individuals can self-refer into the programme, by calling our Helpline on 0345 123 2399. Each week, for 10 weeks participants will be able to take part in a 30-minute gentle physical activity and also a discussion around diabetes care.
