12 week programme with weekly face to face or online sessions. There is an option for people who attend face to face sessions to attend online exercise classes.
Each session is approximately 1.5 – 2 hours long and includes an opportunity to ‘weigh in’ and speak to your ‘Healthy Lifestyle Advisor’.
