NSDT wants to work with our community to bring young people together through meaningful and fun activities which promote good mental health, provides a greater understanding and respect of people of different ages heritage within our diverse community and to develop their own personal aspirational plan and help them to reach their goals.

- > Developing a weekly youth club in an informal setting offering young people a safe place to go.
- > Providing young people with the opportunities to take part in new challenges through volunteering and social action.
- > Providing activities and support for young people to prepare for life and work.

Our Commitment
- Directly support young people to develop their social, emotional and spiritual skills and build their confidence by providing programmes of activities, services and facilities at Brasshouse Community Centre.
- Ensure that young people actively participate and that their ideas contribute fully in the planning, delivery and evaluation of sessions, projects and activities.
- To devise, plan, directly deliver and co-ordinate a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a high-quality youth programme that is safe, innovative, challenging and responds positively to the diverse needs, concerns and interests of our community.
- To develop and facilitate educational workshops for and with young people.
