Every year we work with and support hundreds of local people to build better lives and give back to the local community.

You are not alone. If you need help we are here to support, through advice, guidance and through networks with other organisations.

How we offer support and information

We know if can often feel difficult to reach out or take steps to improve your situation. Our friendly team are always here to support you and offer advice.

  • Connect people with Cost of Living Advisors – who can offer information, advice and guidance on a range of welfare benefits, support filling out forms, debt and money management support, consumer and housing advice.
  • Offer emotional and social support – safe spaces, peer groups, and one-to-one listening services to reduce isolation and build resilience.
  • Connect people with resources –  Put healthcare, and employment opportunities through signposting and advocacy.
  • Build skills and confidence – training, workshops, and mentoring to help people gain independence and long-term stability.
  • Provide access to digital technology –  Enable you to get online with digital training, and access to our public use computers and print services.
  • Create a supportive community – regular activities, events, and volunteer opportunities that foster belonging and mutual support.
