HEARTS IN THE STAND are offering FREE LIFE-SAVING WORKSHOPS enabling people to learn essential skills, save a life and be prepared.

Training includes:

CPR – Learn hands-only CPR and how to respond in an emergency.

BLEED KIT AWARENESS – Understand what’s in a bleed kit and how to use it effectively.

CHOKING – Learn how to recognise and respond to choking in adults and children.
