Learn more about improving your wellbeing through the menopause years
- Are the symptoms of menopause impacting on your quality of life?
- are you unsure what to do next?
- Do you need a new approach to the menopause?
Each week a different topic will be discussed to increase your knowledge and wellbeing during the menopause (sleep, exercise, attention and more), using a blend of one to one and group coaching sessions which will give you space to think in a fun and safe environment.
This rotating 6 week programme specially designed for small groups, will include gently yoga and breathing practices to bring about calm in a changing time of life (mats will be provided)
