Join us in our baby massage course. In a calm and supportive environment you will learn gentle techniques to help relax and comfort your baby while enhancing the bond between adult/baby.
Our experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step through a variety of massage strokes that can promote better sleep and support your baby’s overall well-being.
Each session offers time to practice the techniques with guidance, ask questions, and connect with other caregivers in a relaxed setting. This course is not just about learning massage skills, but also about understanding your baby’s cues and supporting a deeper connection through touch.
You will be given a sunflower/Vitamin E blend oil for use in the sessions and at home.
