DESCRIPTION:We are now part of the Sandwell Council Welcoming Spaces programme – providing a welcoming space to everyone on:\nMonday to Friday – 9.00am to 4.00pm \nThis is open to individuals and families. \nWhilst with us you will receive (as a minimum):\n– A warm welcome \n– A winter warm pack if needed (subject to availability) \n– A safe space (where you will be treated with dignity\, respect and confidentiality) \n– Free hot drinks \n– Information\, resources and guidance on keeping warm\, tackling the cost of living etc. \nIn line with our ethos of community\, people and support you may also want to make use of our additional services\, but there is no obligation to do so. \nPlease note: Children have to be supervised at all times.

DESCRIPTION:If English is not your first language and you want to start at the very beginning\, then our FREE ESOL COURSES will help you. \nEach course is approximately 15 weeks long and you will need to attend every session. \nOur non-accredited ESOL courses will support you to practise speaking\, listening reading and writing skills and learn the language.  It will help interact with your local community and to access training and job opportunities.
